This is the Air Jordan XII (12) "Master" Poster edition which features a black, rattan, white, and metallic gold color way. This pair is inspired by the 1997 poster which featured MJ dribbling in front of him wearing the Air Jordan 12, a rising sun background pattern, and the words "The Master" in the corner. The poster is mostly black and white with a gold accent for the rising sun. This poster is reflecting on the fact that MJ had just won his 4th NBA title leading the Bulls to a 72 win season, he was "The Master". It is also a sort of nod to Japanese culture (because of the rising sun detail) and how the teacher or leader in Japanese artistry is often referred to as "master."
